Healthcare workers hold everyone else's life together — and too often go home to overtime math, student loans and a retirement plan that depends on never getting tired.
From Scrubs to SOLD started because one nurse got tired of that equation. Kaiya Dowtin traded the bedside for a broker's license, learned the wealth game the hard way, and refused to keep it to herself.
So once a month we take over a room, put good food on the table, and teach the things nobody taught us in nursing school: how homes get bought, how rentals cash flow, how credit gets fixed, how legacies get written down and passed on.
